All party details and Aspects (options, location, time, etc) are due a minimum of 1 week before the party If there are changes in date within 1 week of the original party date please let us know and a small fee may be applied.
Parties with more than 10 participating guests may require a second Character to be booked or a fee for additional guests may be applied

In the event of an outdoor party/celebration we request the princess have access to a sheltered are or have the option to perform indoors for the duration of the visit.

To book a party we require a non-refundable deposit prior to the party/Event to secure your booking.
​The remainder of the balance is then due the day of the party and can be paid in cash, cheque or Etransfer.
​
Our cast reserve the right to leave the party/event at any point with full pay for there own safety
​if you need to reschedule for an understandable reason, be aware that depending on the change a rescheduling fee may be applied.
​In the event of an unforeseen Emergency situation such as an illness we will let you know as soon as possible, your party will then be rescheduled on us and you will not have to pay the remaining balance.
Be advised that we are constantly updating and upgrading our costumes, wigs and other materials so some of our pictures may not be current or applicable.
If our characters provide a resemblance to trademark characters it is completely coincidental. We are not at all affiliated with any brands/companies or theme parks.
